“King Prajadhipk: Stories from Objects”

At the Temporary exhibition room on first floor, the heritage building, King Prajadhipok Museum.

To celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the Coronation of King Prajadhipok, the content of this particular exhibition presented the stories via objects and photographs relating to his life and royal duties since his childhood. It displayed the items and photographs symbolizing his name, designation, official name, the coronation, the celebration of Bangkok’s 150th anniversary, the celebration of his 36th Birthday, the Tri Yumpawai ceremony, the National Scout Jamboree as well as the royal decorations, scout insignia, personal arms of King Prajadhipok’s Pin, brooch of King Vajiravudh (King Rama VI) given to his original groups of attendants before his coronation. All neatly complemented fascinating stories told in the exhibition.
